I left Macs years ago, in part for the sheer cost of those computers. Additionally, their tech support is some of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They had no clue what they were doing.
That said… that’s why I want to switch to Linux. Microsoft produces a more expensive, inferior product. It’s why they are losing their market. (MS losts 200 Mill in revenues last year alone verses the prior year.) The newer Mac OS’s are based on UNIX… the same platform that Linux was originally based on.
Plus, Linux is a LOT cheaper than the Macs and can run more stuff.
I love men who are secure enough in their masculity to actually use that name and have it written in their knitting blog! :cheering: :roflhard:
We’re going to see CARS at the theater tomorrow for my birthday (Yes, that is also Father’s Day) which seems a little wierd to me as my kids are still in CA with my in-laws.
But honestly, we don’t have anything else planned. I’m turning 37, what do you expect? My next two major birthdays are going to be for my mid-life crisis (if i decide to have one…) and retirement… (which the way my jobs have gone will be never).
I suspect my wife and friends want to do something but they’re kind of leaving the decision up to me, I think.
