Caps to the Capital KAL- Mailing Update on P. 11!

Well, incorperating some kind of intresting pattern keeps it intresting.

Oh, I finished a hat last night and started another one.

I’ll try to get the other one done tonight as well. It’s a very pretty red, and I was thinking about trying out fair isle with it.

I love this KAL.

BEEEEEUTIFIUL!!! :inlove:

I have one made. It’s a multi-color one made with Bernat’s softee baby.

I didn’t like the white/yellow fair isle one after all, but I’ll try again. I think I used a different gauge yarn on the fair isle part and it pulls in. :wall:

I’ve done two! Pictures to come soon, I hope.

Yay, Mer :cheering:

I got another one finished.

Jenelle, yours are so cute, but I especially like the red one.

Thank you!

I’m still working on the small fair isle patterns. I’ll try to get them done by Sunday.

Here are the two that I made! I used the orange one to practice my stranded colorwork. These hats are so quick to knit!

Our count is currently at 25!!! :blooby:

I really  the pictures you’re all sharing. And now I’m inspired to knit one (since my first was crochet).

Great job on the Fair Isle Mer!

Jenelle - you’re cranking out some cuties! Are those done back and forth or in the round?

Back and forth.

Mer- those are very cute hats!

I am most deffinitely in!

taking_back_knitting - WELCOME!!! :waving:

So glad to have you on the forum, and it looks like your first post was right here in this knit a long! :cheering:

If you can post pictures of caps you make, please do. We’d be glad to add you to the ticker.

Much   to all those of you knitting along on this! I’m up in New Jersey, and my Florida-thinned blood is very aware of how important it is this time of year to have a warm head covering!

 for each of you!

I have two and a half done! I’ll post pictures tomorrow if I can!

Welcome aboard taking_back_knitting!

Marce- Hows your vacation going?

Jan- :cheering:

The vacation is SUPER so far, thanks for asking Jenelle!

We’re in Hershey, PA right now. It’s 66 degrees, which may sound balmy to some northerners for October, but I was downright COLD coming out of the car. (brrrrr)

I’m not far from Hershey, and I do agree with you that it is COLD! :teehee:

I haven’t been able to do much knitting in the past couple of weeks :verysad: But last night I made myself just sit down and knit. I can’t remember the last time I was able to just sit and knit! I love how relaxing it is!! Note to self when feeling stressed and overwhelmed with everything pick up your yarn and needles and make something!

I finished my second hat last night. It was made of light blue simply soft. I will post pictures someday. I think I might start playing around with stitch patterns or something. I love the color work you all have been doing!

Everyone is doing such a great job
Marce if you are still in Hershey eat some chocolate for me!

editted because my fingers are dyslexic today

I’ve got 6 done and 1 on the needles. They go so fast! These are all done in the round on DPNs.

Aww Jan those are so cute!!
