Yes, I’m easily bored! ![]()
It’s going to be 90f (ew) so cross stitching. Although, I might crochet on a dishcloth or frog it; it is too wide. I tried a design from a magazine. ![]()
Congratulations on the new baby ![]()
Your jumper is gorgeous, no idea how you put in the zip but totally looks pro
This is the one I’m using. I’ve just had to frog back and I managed ok so that’s a definite tick in the box!
Oh I love this! The pockets are perfection.
Ah, yes, this yarn, I’ve seen it before but only in 1 or 2 colours I think. I was going to try out a swatch (with and without being worked with another yarn) and see what happened if it was thrown in the washing machine as nothing gets hand washed here. Maybe it would lose all its fluffiness.
Thanks for the link!
Thanks so much. I’m not keen on the main colour, I’m not sure what I was thinking when i ordered it, somehow thought it would be nicer than this. Never mind, if I can’t face wearing it in public I’ll use it as a lounge sweater at home. I often get more use out of the things I don’t like anyway which is opposite to what it should be.
Congratulations for the coming granddaughter and beautiful sweater and blanket!
I’m working on a cardigan by Hinterm Stein called Slip Me, a Basket Bag and a Magnolia Ascot both from Purlsoho. The Ascot is a project for on the go. Hinterm Stein has interesting patterns-you start with shoulder construction which I like because you’re not casting on a bunch of stitches.
What a handsome cardi! I’ve yet to try anything with that type of shoulder, but I’m intrigued. I much prefer a fitted shoulder.
I just finished my second Drops design Evening fires vest. The first one was so easy to knit up and fit so well I decided to make a second in something more colorful. The first one was beige. I used drops brushed silk, alpaca, and Air yarn for both. I live in New England and can’t wait to wear them as the weather turns cooler.
So pretty and so useful! This will certainly be a go-to vest.
Just beautiful. Love the yarn and color. Will keep you nice and toasty in the winter.
Ooh, lovely cables. Looks like you’re well on your way with it for that xmas deadline.
Beautiful and on my screen it’s my favorite color!
My besties have just become grandparents for the first time. He was due the first week of November but decided he couldn’t wait and born last week. They’re all doing very well all things considered, except me. I thought I had a couple of months to make a baby booties mobile and a blanket. Got 4 pairs of boots done and an odd one. 6 pairs to go and the blanket, arrrgh! Hopefully I’ll have them done by the time he comes home. Happy Fall everyone. We’re going into Spring here, very much looking forward to warmer weather
Gorgeous booties!
What a wardrobe of shoes (ok, booties). They are too adorable and they look like they will keep tiny feet cozy. Congrats to your friends!
Very pretty, nice cable work!
