have been in touch with them

I appreciate all the help and photos you have give me I really do, I understand there is nothing else you can tell me

thank you

I will not trouble you again

It’s no trouble but I’m sorry not to be able to get you on track.
One other thought. What if you don’t work the slip stitch pattern for the yoke after the armhole bind offs but instead work in the main color, knitting every row?

I was thinking that too, to switch to stockinette for all this section, or maybe keep a group of centre stitches in pattern as a panel up the centre with stockinette either side.

Vera, you were able to take a photo of the pattern, do you think you could take a photo of the picture of the finished item of your pattern? I think it could help us offer a bit of a redesign so you can finish the project nicely.

Vera, Please don’t feel you are any sort of trouble. This is ā€œknitting helpā€.

You might be surprised by the number of knitting groups popping up, there is a resurgence and a whole new generation of knitters out there. There is likely a group or yarn shop somewhere near you which could offer help. Ask a friend to go with you, even if they don’t knit, just for the trip, get a tea and a shortbread while your out hey?

I have tried to send photo on my phone

Vera, I wonder if you showed the stitches on the needle to someone else, even a non-knitter if they would be able to see the pattern and point out the slip stitch to you. It might not help but maybe worth a try.
