I received a message from Wool Winder today. She is finished with her section of the blanket! It will be heading to spanky51 next!

We are a small group so I feel as though 2 blankets going at a time is suffiecent! Smurfs is headed to it’s last knitter. Tyler’s blanket has two more knitters left and then the SW blanket is about half way done.

It’s probably time to start getting another one in the works with some of the new knitters.

The first blanket I’m happy to start. The list will go as follows:

If anyone has any suggestions of some “themes” Feel free to shout them out! It will probably be another 2 or 3 weeks before I cast this one on. I want to give the other blankets a chance to get closer to completion. Thanks for all the work you ladies do!

Thanks to the horrible icy weather that has kept me home the past two days, I’m finished with my part of the Southwest Blanket.

I have Tyler’s blanket and should be finished and have it in the mail in the next couple of days. I also stayed home today due to ice. I could have gone in aroun noon but was having too much fun at home!

:happydance: Tyler’s Blanket arrived today :cheering: It is so beautiful I can’t wait to start working on it. I’ve been home sick the last two days so this was a nice pick me up. Thanks for the little hearts and peppermint twist. Do you have a pattern for the hearts that you would be willing to share? Very CUTE!

I’m glad you liked the hearts. Actually a friend of mine made them. I’ll ask where she found the pattern. She did a bunch last year and felted them. They’re great decorations to add to other projects.

And did you figure out the peppermint twist is a tape measure? Pull on one of the twists. I saw it and just couldn’t resist, with Valentines day coming.
