I’ve been hard at work on my pal’s socks. I’m still on the first sock, still decreasing the gusset. I am going to have a hard time giving these babies away - I really like this yarn, this color, this pattern. It’s been nice to have the diversion while I’m home sick (got a diagnosis today: sinusitis and bronchitis). But sometimes my head and face just ache too much to try to concentrate on the fingering weight yarn…

I have pictures! I got my socks this morning as I was heading out the door. As I mentioned already, the lovely KellyK was my not-so-secret sock partner!
I received a pair of fuzzy pink socks a couple of weeks ago. A few days after they arrived, KK once again began taunting that there was another package on its way to me. Having already received my socks, I was confused by what might be in the package, and following some discussion in my blog, KK admited to being the Yarnibomber. :shock:

I’m done with the gusset decreases on sock #2 and onto the foot of the sock, I’ll have them mailed before the 14th. USPS or Fed Ex??? My dh works for Fed Ex so maybe them, not sure what’s cheaper!? My pal is getting a little something I made (besides her socks) in the package too.
