The Kitchen Aid thread got me thinking… what are some products/brands than you like to “stick with” ? Stuff that you know, no matter what you get, it’s going to be great, and the stuff that you buy from them regularly works every time. It can be anything, here’s what I came up with:

Food : Heinz ketchup, quacker oats, Miracle Whip, Tropicana OJ, Lipton ice tea, Jiff Peanut Butter, Cracker Barrell cheese, Del Monte canned veggies just to name a few… I care more about the brand of food I and the dogs get than my clothes.
Most other brands have hybridized (I made up a word) themselves to the point that I cannot trust everything they make. Kitchen Aid does great stand mixers, but all their other gadgets are not as trustworthy (IMHO) same thing with John Deere, they make a kickbutt farm tractor but then sell their name to be used on smaller lawn tractors at Lowe’s that are not nearly as trustworthy.

I had a pair of their sandals I had them for months and months and the back strap broke. I emailed them about how I was disappointed in them and they sent me another pair free of charge. I didn’t even pay the shipping. I didn’t ask for anything just that I was disappointed in the product!)
