The blanket made it here today safe and sound! I was surprised it is much brighter in real life than the pictures. I had a yarn chosen but now I am rethinking it. I’m searching through my stash and stitchionary for the perfect yarn and stitch. I’ll post pictures when I am done.

Yay! Another safe trip!! Our blanket is doing well. 
And Holly, you’re right about the color of the blanket. It changes appearance with every photograph. You never know how it’s gonna look. It’s a chameleon! :teehee:
I was looking through the journal today and noticed our blanket that our blanket was started one year ago yesterday.
I started my section with a medium blue I had in my stash. I think the yarn is Berella so soft from one of my first projects ever almost 10 years ago. I’m using the same stitch (the loop pattern) I used on Oddball # 1. I’m feeling very nostalgic with this blanket.

I’m finished with my section! I would post a picture but my camera is acting up. I’m hoping it just the batteries needing to be charged. I’ll try getting a picture later today after it has been charged! I can send it as soon as I have the next knitters info.

Here it is!! I ended up doing 2 sections since I was keeping it a little longer. The first section I did was using Berella So Soft and the loop pattern . The second section was made using Bernat Camo in Desert Sand and the double woven pattern. I’ll be sending it to BostonBecca very soon. I just have to get a box!
Yay! Thank you for knitting two sections, because a couple of our knitters have not been able to participate as planned.

UGGGH!!! I went to the PO today to send the blanket and it was closed! There was a sign on the door something about a small electrical fire and that the PO would hopefully be open in a day or two. I guess I will be sending from a different PO tomorrow. I’ll let you know when it is mailed!
