So, Amy…
I guess “KnittingHelp.com, Porn for Women” isn’t going to tickle your fancy? I hope not, that was the slogan I wanted to use for my website one day. :rofling:

I think Yarn Ho can be cute, in the right context, BUT it just ain’t right for everybody.
On the other hand, I can swear with the best of them, and make commandos blush…hence the name of my blog.
Im so glad ya like it! You do with it what you want, Amy…KNITCH is all yours.
(How about “Scratch Your Knitch @ KH.com”?)
I suppose “Scratch a Ho’s Knitch” wont fly then, hmmm? (eww!) :rofling:
Thanks for making me feel better…SMOOCHES to all of ya!
Another idea…the red “no” slashed circle with a cartoony frog in it. I really think we need a frog somewhere. An image like that might elicit questions from T-shirt viewers, thereby inspiring knitting conversations with strangers! It would make us all like Knitting Ambassadors! (Any other pro-froggers out there wanna join my campaign?) :shifty:
er, uh… i’m in marketing and can’t think of anything! i love knitch though, and from a marketing standpoint, you are always doing something right when you use animal.
:verysad: Nobody wants to be my artist. I thought this idea would have been really cool to look at instead of reading it, but I’ll try my best.
My idea for the logo was to show an evolution of knitting Darwin-style!!! You’d start off with ole’ granny sitting in her rocking chair knitting and end with a young hip teen sitting in front of a water fountain (or something) knitting.
Couldn’t think of a slogan to match. Maybe I need to have another shower…
These are great ideas! I really like some reference to “frogging it,” and I loved “I found my knitch” – maybe add @ knittinghelp.com at the end of it ("I found my knitch @ knittinghelp.com)
The picture of all the knitting terms together looked really cute also!
A project bag with a logo would be nice I saw a bag on someone’s link that was divided into four sections – looking down in the bag it looked like an
X – does anyone recall where this was? I’m pretty sure I followed someone’s link from a post…
Holly
So many great ideas! I love the idea of a project bag/tote. I know that in reality I would never wear a tshirt, but I never have enough project bags.
Yes! I love the idea of some kind of project bag or tote bag. You can never have too many! A needle case organizer thing would be awesome too!
I’m not usually the animal tee type, but I’m how 'bout a frog holding knitting needles tangled up in yarn, with the slogan, “When it’s time Frog, KnittingHelp.com”
Too bad the “Priceless” comercials are probably copywrited:
“The perfect pattern book, $17
Trip to the yarn store, $46
Accidentally buying 3 skeins you didn’t technically need, $26
Saving hours of frogging and frustration thanks to KH.com… priceless”
I’ve got myself an ARTIST!!! Hold onto your hats people while we wait for the outcome!! I feel like Beldie when she’s in her lys!!! :happydance:

Front:
I HAVE A NEEDLE HABIT.
Back:
AND I’M GETTING HELP.
KnittingHelp.com
Flappy - You’ve got my vote! That’s great!
that’s a riot! Maybe we could add a giiiiiiiiiiiiiigantic pile of knitting needles in all sizes and shapes to the front (i’m thinking like a very light “watermark” type picture as a background with “i have a needle habit” written across it)
I liked the day in the life of idea too… maybe we could twist that into a 12-step program thing to help our needle habit. :?:
and this just popped in my head… same idea with the picture, but change wording to “Got a needle habit?” “Get your fix at knittinghelp.com”
Hilde - that’s good too! I think this is good stuff!

LOVE it, Flappy! Feeds my twisted sense of humor!
"My name is Kelly, and I liked “Yarn Ho” :help:
Everyone, all together…“Hiiiiiii, Kellyyyyy”
OMG Flappy that is awesome! I would totaly get that one.
Hey Kelly you simmadownna’ i love Yarn Ho! That is damn funny.
Nik, You wanna join my 12-step program? YHA? Free coffee & donuts at every meeting!
