Jan's joined the 21'st Century!

And Einstein…

Well, he doesn’t count!
Ok, maybe I’m slower than I think!

Nah, not slow. You just have a lot going at once!

Foofie gave me this face and then this one so I know she’s truly sorry.

:roflhard: :roflhard: :roflhard: :roflhard:

I think you just have to be in the mood to do some things, Andrea. That may be the problem for you. I’m amazed at how fast this is going!

Those eyelashes would get me every time!

I think that’s why pets and small children have them. We’d throttle them otherwise. :roflhard: :roflhard:

:roflhard: :roflhard: :roflhard:

They do need some kind of defense, don’t they?!

Just read your entire blog laughed my butt off. :roflhard: Your photographs are really good  hope tests come out ok
your sweater is beautiful.Glad you got DPNs down :happydance: I’ll keep looking for a way to make mugs

Oh thanks!

So far the tests have come back negative…well except for the gallstones, but the liver is fine as per US. I still have to get the biopsy though.

I asked my friend who makes mugs and he said to try the decals. I explained our problem and he suggested that. I’ll look for them and see what I can do.

And I thought your basket was BEAUTIFUL

What are you bugging your eyes out for, Julie? LOL Did you make the mug?

This is what happens when you start knitting…a serious paper overload! I find the section that landed on top amusing…is it trying to tell me something?! (I didn’t put it there!)

I’m still putting coats on Gromit. It needs abou 10 or so ,they dry in 20 mins thought. Then I’m gonna wash the hell out of it and sees what happens.Don’t have adish washer so we’ll see what happens.Love these smileys

Oh good! I do have a dishwasher, but if it requires it I can hand wash. I can’t wait to see how yours comes out so I can try it! And yes…the smileys are great! :roflhard:

Jan is the smiley queen! Whenever we need one, Jan is there, smiley at the ready!

Did I miss something about mugs? Are you doing your own applique stuff on them? (Not the right word, I’m sure, but you know what I mean)

Check out Julie’s (momwolf) avatar! That is Gromit knitting!! We both love it and they don’t make coffee cups with that on it. Because it’s a copyrighted image we can’t do it professionally, but doing ourselves for our own personal use is okay I’m sure. So we talked about how to do it and the only thing we could come up with was decoupage or using inkjet waterslide decal paper.

Julie is trying the decoupage technique so we’ll see how it goes.

How about those newspapers? LOL

Oh cool! If it works, I’ll buy one from ya!

The only problem is I don’t have digital camera.Icould take pics with reg camera and then get them developed but that takes 4 days

Ohhhh… well you can just tell me then if it worked.

Some more lovely spring pictures…

A Cymbidium Orchid…I don’t care much for this color, but it’s still pretty.

Our Japanese Maple is budding out…

In other news…I’ve finished one sock!! Now waiting for KP order…I didn’t order enough for two… ugh. It’s been shipped though so anytime now… I’m also nearly halfway through the Haiku Sweater. I don’t know why I bother making kid stuff…I have no kid to knit for. I should have made it in a solid cotton like the example, but I had some Softee Baby in pink marl so that’s what I’m using. The pattern doesn’t show up all that well, but it looks sorta lacy so it’s still pretty.

Wow, those are beautiful photographs, Jan! :inlove: :inlove:

I can’t wait to see the wee sweater you’re knitting! Can you save it for future grandbabies?
