Yeah, if they decided they need to go I hope they do something like that. I’ve had them a long time and haven’t had any problems so who knows. As for the US…good news that they didn’t see anything, but it probably means I have to have the biopsy now. :rollseyes:

My gallbladder is a little sack of stones. They don’t cause trouble, so I leave them alone. I did notice a bit of an ache when I put on some weight a few years ago, so if I keep it off, I’m good.
When things get tough at work, I always touch my right ribcage and mention my gall bladder as a warning that I could go have it out at any time! The people I work with directly often will point to a new kid and say he’s a ‘gall bladder’ candidate.
If it needs to come out, they do it laproscopically, now. Not a big deal. I think lipotripsy (sp) is for kidney stones.

Good to know about the gallstones. Since I’ve been symptom free maybe he’ll let it be for now. As for the tests… still haven’t had the biopsy so we don’t really know how serious it is, but so far so good.

I don’t listen to music when I’m on the puter, either, Jan. I don’t multi-task well, so I can only have music going during certain activities. Even classical music, which I love (except for overtures), I can only play at certain times. But somehow I can work while I have the Weather Channel on… :??
Oh yeah! The weather channel is easy to knit to. Haha! I lose track if something like Lost or Desperate Housewives is on though.
Oh me too! I don’t knit and watch tv together very well, though last night I did zip through stockinette while watching CSI…that’s a first for me!
I watch Martha every day, and I knot while I do that.
