Yes, what is it about the next row that is causing problems, the decreases, the stitch count?
Next Row . Patt 30 [32:35:38], s1, k1, psso, k2, knit 2 tog, patt 48 [52:58:64], sl1, k1, psso,k2, k2 tog, patt 30 [32:35:38].
116 [124:136:148] sts

this bit below

Patt 30 [32:35:38], s1, k1, psso, k2, knit 2 tog, patt 48 [52:58:64], sl1, k1, psso,k2, k2 tog, patt 30 [32:35:38].

not sure what patt30 is and how to do it?

You’re to knit 35 stitches in the pattern established in the previous rows, then work a skp decrease (slip one stitch, knit one, pass slipped stitch over the knit one).
Knit 2, knit 2 together (another decrease), work in pattern across 58sts, then work a skp decrease (slip one stitch, knit one, pass slipped stitch over the knit one).
Knit 2, k2together and finally knit 35sts in pattern.
You should end with 136sts.

Hello
There are 24 projects of this cute jacket on ravelry and none show the back so my assumption is the eyelet pattern continues around the back but just at the bottom edge .

Have you already transitioned into the pattern where it has changed to stocking stitch?
So the patt 35 for you size is the eyelet border of the front of the jacket which makes the decorative section and button band, then knit (on the right side).
The eyelet pattern will happen at the beginning and end of the row as you work across the front, back, front. The rest looks like stocking stitch, knit on the right aise, purl on the wrong side. Taking the side decreases into account which salmonmac has detailed.

If you’re not clear just keep on asking. We don’t mind, don’t give up on it.
