Hi all - thought I would share some yarn porn of my recent acquisitions - I’ve been on a bit of a tare :roflhard:
The teal is intended for the Knitty Twisted Tangerine (KP Reef Shine Worsted) and the gray/black (Plymouth Encore Worsted-didn’t show all of it) is for a comfy winter sweater, haven’t chosen the pattern yet. The yellow/white and navy/pale blue are cottons for dishcloths, the green is KP Aloe Swish Superwash intended for Silver’s Sock Tutorial, and the Clown self striping is for the socks after that. The darker orangy ones are Louisa Harding Impressions, a Nylon/Mohair blend - not sure what this is for but I just loved the feel of it. I am thinking some fingerless gloves, maybe. And…last, but not leat is the KP Shimmer in Turquiose Splendor that I am using the the KP Candleflame Wrap. This is my first stab at lace weight yarn and I have spent as much time frogging as knitting (ok, actually more!) but am getting the hang of it…
So…I know I love looking at everyone else’s yarn pictures so thought I’d share :lol: Of course, I am now on a yarn buying sabbatical:thud:
