Okay, so I have been making the anthropologie inspired capelet and I just realized I have been yo-ing the wrong direction. Do you yarn over the other way when you are purling? Or do you always wrap it the same way whether you are knitting or purling? You’d think that would have come up for me as a knitter before, but nope, it hasn’t! It looks fine the way it is. so I just don’t know!

When knitting, I bring the yarn to the front and then return it to the back by bringing it over the right needle. When purling, because the yarn is already in the front, I just put it around the right needle from front to back and continue on. Whatever you’re doing, if it looks right it probably is right!!
