Can someone help me? I am knitting a starbella scarf and I am new to knitting. My yarn is twisting as I knit. Does anyone have a suggestion for how to keep it from doing this?

Yarn is twisting
It may be you’re holding the yarn too tight, or that at the end of a row you turn the same direction all the time. Just lift up your skein of yarn and let the knitting dangle to untangle it.
