Wrapping stitches.....how do i do it?

What does wraping mean? I’m new here and new at knitting… if you could teach me step by step that would be great! ( if there is anyway you can show me a picture or movie… im its really hard for me to comprehend sometimes… i’m only 14 hehe! :smiley: )

Welcome! Wrapping is a way to move your yarn when you’re doing short rows in a way that will prevent holes. Just slip a stitch as if to purl, move your yarn over the needle to the other side, and replace that stitch. Usually at this point you turn your work and start working back in the other direction.
