Wrap & Turn in Shawl

Hello!

I am currently knitting a beautiful shawl by Veera Välimäki called Line Break.

I am now starting short rows and I am supposed to wrap and turn. I know how to wrap and turn but there is one part of the pattern that I don’t understand.

The pattern reads:

Row 11 (RS, setup short row): k2, yo, k15, W&T.
Row 12 (WS, setup short row): k to end.
Row 13 (RS, short row): k2, yo, k15 sts past previous wrapped stitch, W&T.
Row 14 (WS short row): k to end.

Repeat short rows 13 and 14 until there is less than 15 sts after the wrapped st - then do not W&T but work the last repeat of row 14 to end. (Note: Do not pick up wraps)

I don’t understand the parts in bold. Do I keep knitting further and further past the previous wrapped sts so that I knit 15 the first time and 30 the next time? And how do I get to less than 15 sts after the wrapped st?

Would someone be able to break this down to me?

Thank you very much in advance!

Yes, keep knitting further and further after each W&T. Each time it’s 15sts past the previous W&T until you don’t have enough sts to knit 15. Safest thing to do, because of the yo and the actual W&T stitch is to count 15 from the previous W&T.
Eventually you’ll run out of stitches and then you “… do not W&T but work the last repeat of row 14 to end. (Note: Do not pick up wraps)”

Thank you so much!
