Hello
Ending after a WS row means you will stop at the end of the wrong side. The wrong side is the inside of a top or sweater, the back of a blanket, the inside of a hat. It is usually the less attractive side.
When you finished that row you move to the next instruction.
Work across RS of back stitches one more time
“Work” means do whatever stitches you have been doing up to now.
If you have been doing stockinette then you will knit across. If you have been doing something else, rib or moss stitch or a lace pattern then “work” means follow what you have been doing up to now. This is the RS or right side of the project.
At the end of this row cast on 1 stitch using backwards loop method.
There are videos for backwards loop cast on if you need one?
Do you need more help or has this cleared it up?
