WIP: Progress Photos: Pinnate Cardi

This sweater just keeps getting better and better. Sorry for the trials along the way but the result is lovely. And practically a textbook example of pinnate leaves. An all around success!

That is going to be a great sweater!

Those instructions would have confused me, too! It is a gorgeous pattern, though. It looks like it will be worth the trouble when it is done!

Both sleeves will hit the blocking table later tonight, or tomorrow morning. My granddaughters have been here all week…and you know how that is…

I’m anxious to get this done. I want to start on a set of 6 Garter-Tee tops for a new baby (due in August). I need to get 3 done by July 15. The other 3 later in August. (two baby showers)

BTW: I found an outright error in the pattern. And for the life of me…I cannot find this designer’s corrections page anywhere on the internet. It wasn’t a free pattern. You’d think she would be more conscientious about publishing errors and corrections.

That’s why I love purchasing pdf patterns from Twist Colletive (.com) When you buy one of their pdfs, you are automatically in the loop, and receive an email with the corrected pdf ready to download.

The error and correction is noted in my Ravelry notebook for the project. The error doesn’t span all sizes. Just some.

This is lovely. really nice detail.

Can’t wait until you post the finished product.
