Ooh, that’s so pretty! Is that beading on the end?
Nope, just a crochet cast on so that I can pick up the live stitches later and figure out how to seam them to the end piece. I didn’t feel like figuring out how to pick up 56 stitches out of 84 stitches and have it be even, so I decided to sort it out with the seaming. I understand why so many people hate seaming, but this didn’t even make sense to me.
I’m babbling. Thanks for the compliment. The pattern is from Valley Yarns, aka WEBS. so far, it is only available in their store.
Beautiful…and, a LOT of work! How very, very nice of you to knit it for an auction!
How beautiful and intricate! Up close, it reminds me of a spider web – it’s so pretty!
Well, its lovely. I hope the recipient is very appreciative of all that lace work.
Beeeeeeeutiful!!!
Beautiful work!

Wow…so beautiful. I hope the auctioneers appreciate how much work went into it!
I hope the bidders appreciate how much work went into it! :roflhard: I listed the Recommended Retail Price at US$60, and the minimum starting bid at US$20. I’ll post the FO when it’s done and then post how much it goes for.
