What's "ddec" and how do I do it?

Ran across this abbreviation in a pattern and can’t find it in KnittingHelp’s glossary. Anyone know?

double decrease, sounds like to me… I use slip one, k2tog, psso or sk2p, hope this helps!

Your pattern should have an explanation how to do it somewhere, there’s 3 ways to make 3 sts into 1. As Mary says, there’s sk2p, but also slip 2, k1, pass 2sso, and even knit 3 tog. They all look different and one of those would be used in your pattern to give a particular look to it.
