Love it.. Did you use two different color yarns? I asked because some yarns have multiple colors

Yes, light blue and white.

Still chilly here in the PNW. Started another pair of socks for each of the great-grands. I love doing socks.

Finally finished an afghan started about ONE year ago. I’m glad I am finished.

Beautifully worked with lovely colors and fantastic stitch patterns and designs!

Thanks for the encouragement! It took me forever to do this. BUT I feel like I did learn a bit more about different types of stitches! Overall I enjoyed the project.

Oh, i like that very much. Well done and thanks for sharing.

It’s beautiful.

Finished my final chemo jumper. It’s taken longer as it’s soooo hot over here in uk. Knitting wool in 35C is mission impossible.
Knitting with less time constraints from now on

At least it will dry quick after blocking

Congratulations! It’s a beautiful sweater, very nicely knit.

I love this sweater. I saved the pattern as i like the stitch stripe detail so much but i wasn’t conviced by the pattern pics that it would suit my body shape. Seeing it on you though has made me love it even more, it fits you so well.
What size did you make, did you make any size mods?
You have done well to finish this to your planned schedule and during our mini heat wave. I stopped knitting, too warm to have a sweater sitting on my lap. It’s the first time in about a year I have worn just a cotton T-shirt rather than being double or triple layered in jumpers and cardigans!

Congratulations on reaching the end of your chemo. Now you have lots of beautiful sweaters to wear when we return to the more regular cloudy with showers weather.

Thank you. Having a challenge certainly kept me motivated and focussed. My daughter has claimed several of them for her wardrobe . I knitted the second size exactly to pattern. I’m left with almost 3 balls of the main colour. Previously I’d knitted the twisted loop sweater in yak wool and had to order 2 extra balls! My tensioning matched the pattern so I guess the designer erred on the side of caution. I wasn’t sure of the burgundy stripe but now it’s finished I’m pleased with it

Gosh 3 balls is a lot left.
I’ll keep that in mind if i make it. Is it just 2 colours or 3? looks like a 3rd between the burgundy.
I have some yarn which might be good for this sweater, although im trying to make myself finish some other projects first but lacking the motivation for them.

Just 2 colours. 2 balls of the burgundy was plenty. Got about 0.5 of the ball left over.
I should have done a quick reality check calculation beforehand, that would have flagged up the pattern calling for too much wool
