Pattern is here. It’s called 3mm polyester crochet rope in the pattern. Worked on 4mm to 4.5 mm hook.
I’m sure you can find a variety of options, here’s a 3 mm polyester cotton macrame cord that has a similar look made as a woven tube. This has recycled cotton and comes in a seeded paper wrap you can plant so you get to do some gardening too!
