What to do with a skein of yarn?

I got a skein of mango moon yarn-- recycled silk. Any ideas as to what to with it? I have yet to come up with any thoughts on this one.

Would 150 yards be enough for an 8"x8" (approx) purse with strap?

Just don’t know how wide to make this…

check out knitters review forums. THey have a whole section on knitting with 100 yards or knitting with 500 yards, etc. Here’s an example

If you make a bag, I would highly recommend lining it as soy silk will stretch over time.
