What magazine subscription should I ask for?

I currently subscribe to Interweave Knits and would like to add one more magazine to my arsenal. Any suggestions? Thanks, Jean

I really love Creative Knitting magazine. They have a picture of all the knitting projects on the back page and it’s so very easy to just use that as a quick reference. They also have an email newsletter, that has helps and quicktips. Mary

Look at the vogue knitting family of magazines (Vogue Knitting, Knit.1, and Knit Simple). Each has it’s own website and focuses on different types of knitters.

I really like Creative Knitting too. I just renewed my subscription for it. I also like Vogue Knitting but I usually just get single issues of that magazine if the issue has something in it that I find interesting. Too often the stuff is too way out there for me. I alos sometimes buy single issues of Knitters Uniververse but I do not think I would subscribe to it.

I like Creative Knitting as well. I’ve only received one issue so far but I’m looking forward to the next. Great pictures and directions so far as I can tell.

I used to subscribe to Knitter’s but there hasn’t been that much I wanted to make out of it in the last year so I let it lapse. Interweave Knits has some great technical articles. I recently subscribed to Creative Knitting because there just happens to be more stuff that I will knit from it and I will admit that knit some stuff in acrylic which is in my budget.

I am SO in love with Simply Knitting. It is an English publication but it is just SO cool. I love the patterns. The December issue has a pattern to knit Shawn the Sheep!! There is a savings code at their website SimplyKnitting It’s a 40% savings, so “only” 60 pounds to the US. Still probably one of the most expensive magazines, but I just LOVE it so much!

I subscribe to Interweave Knits and Knit Simple and Knit 'n Style. I also like Knitter’s and Creative Knitting.

I always buy Piecework at the bookstore, because it has embroidery and knitting in it. I should probably subscribe to it too. :wink:

I’m totally addicted to Vogue even if some of the patterns are too fancy… I love the pix and articles.
