What is pass yfwd yrn over 2 purl stitches?

I’m having trouble reading the pattern SIDAR Design No. 3605. I began with the Jacket & did fine until these directions. Please HELP! Thanks!

Is there a slip st in there too? Typing out the row helps us help you better, because if its something like yf, sk2p, that may not be 2 purl stitches but something else entirely.

But here goes a rough attempt, given what you posted in the subject line… A yfwd is a yarnover/YO and you do that by wrapping the yarn around the needle, then you p2 and pass the YO over both of them, just like you pass the first st over the 2nd when you bind off.
