What does patt 5 rows as set mean?

Hello, I am knitting Martin Storey’s Chain Cable Slipover pattern.

I have done the 4 rib rows for the bottom back and am starting on Row 1, Row 2, decrease row. Then it says “Patt 5 rows as set”. Then it says repeat the last 6 rows 3 times more and the decrease row again.

Not sure what rows I am supposed to repeat or what “patt 5 rows as set” refers to.

Can you help?

Usually the earlier rows have placed cables or some pattern stitch like seed stitch along the row. Patt 5 rows as set means to work the pattern stitch as placed in the previous rows over the next 5 rows.
