What do I do with C4F?

Here is the pattern :

Row 1: K2, P1, yo, sl1, K1, psso, P2, C4F, P2, yo, sl1, k1, psso, P2, C4F, P2, yo, sl1, K1, psso, P1, K2.

Row 2 and all alternate rows: K3, P2, K2, P4, K2, P2, K2, P4, K2, P2, K3.

It goes on more than that for the pattern. I know how to do everything. I am learning to work with cables, found this pattern on raverly and LOVE IT! But I have no clue what to do with the C4F.

I know you have to slip 4 stitches onto cable needle, but than what?

C4F - Transfer 2 stitches to a cable needle and hold in front of the work. Knit the next 2 stitched and the knit the 2 stitches on the cable needle.

C4B is the same but the stitches on the cable needle are held in the back of the work.
