W&t knitting picking up

Hello,

I am working on a jumper which is mounted on circular needles. I had to do short rows at the back with w&t to raise the back.

Now I have finished those, I need to knit around the neckline.

Do I need to pick up all the wraps the same way (half were done on the knit side and half on the purl side) as I will only be knitting from now.

So, I guess it was part of your pattern to decrease one stitch for every wrapped stitch?
