Is it possible to knit vertical stripes in round? using cable connected needles?

Is it possible to knit vertical stripes in round?

Sure. Depending on the width of the stripe you could either strand them or choose to use a separate skein/bobbin for each stripe. (Check out the vids for working with two colors and intarsia.) Be mindful you’ll encounter some tangling as you pick up each different stripe as the strands will want to wrap around each other. Make sure to wrap your color changes to prevent holes.
