Unable to attach photos

I never used to have trouble uploading pictures to my questions. But lately, they won’t upload from the photo library of my iPhone. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. Could it be they are in the wrong format but I’ve never had that problem before.

The photos are jpeg format? Are you waiting enough time for the photo to post? I see some very nice photos from May 4 that you posted.
Do you want to try any photo here, even one you’ve posted before?

Are you waiting long enough for it to upload? I’ve noticed that since the site update it now takes much longer to upload and i have to wait for it before clicking on the post button whereas they used to upload in a brief moment which felt almost instant. Just a thought.
I also had one which said it was too big which hadn’t happened to me before, i took another pic of the same thing, basically idential, and it posted fine.

No img. It starts to upload but never gets past 3%. I have the same phone and I haven’t. Hanged anything.

Hmm. Can you try resizing?

I think I sent the photo of the abc baby blanket! I’m not sure how??? I have the pattern by Jenny Williams. It’s knit in 1 piece and can be made in 1 color or multiple as shown. My question is if made in 4 colors do you carry the main border color over the abc/ pic block and if so does it look messy on wrong side and apt to pull by a little child?

You did indeed post the photo. Success!

This is worked as intarsia where each block of color has it’s own source of yarn. You would work the border color with 4 balls of yarn, one for each section of the border and dividers. Each block of contrast color would have its own ball of yarn.

I watched the video and that may be more than I’m up for! However I did learn 2 things! lol

One more question would you recommend using Heatherly (80% acrylic 20% merino)or Comfy (75% puma cotton 25%acrylic) yarn? Both are acceptable per the pattern. Both are washable. Which would be less prone to pilling?

As always I really appreciate your guidance.

Thank you. It always good to see your projects or future ideas.
Both yarns are soft and washable, and have over 4 out of 5 ratings on Ravelry. I haven’t used either so I don’t know about pilling (an important criterion).

Than you. I’ll do a little more research and hopefully send pics when I get it done

That’s a cute blanket pattern.
You might consider some intarsia squares but not all, to reduce the number of balls needed for each section. For instance having the A B C squares in a different colour but the other motifs in the same as the background colour. This would mean 3 total balls for each section rather than 7.

I’ve seen this blanket in a single colour though and it looks lovely.
