I cannot figure out how to do the twisted garter stitch. Does anyone have a picture of step by step on how to do this one.

I don’t have anything with me. But any twisted stitch is normally just knit or purled through the back loop of the stich. Do you have written instructions?

I do have written instructions, but I’m fairly new at this, and I’m a visual learner. I’ll just bump my way through. Thanks

I looked it up, and it is basically doing regular garter stitch (all knits), except you’re going to through the back loop. Amy has a video here. Look under k tbl (stands for knit through the back loop). If you’re doing flat knitting, just do all your stitches that way and you’ll end up with twisted garter. (If you’re knitting in the round, you’ll need to alternate knit rows with purl rows.)
