Triangle shawl with sleeves?

Has anyone ever made anything like this? I have been searching for an hour for a pattern or something I can use to come up with my own, to no avail. I have the triangle part down, but not sure how to add in sleeves. I was thinking of long sleeves with a ribbed cuff… maybe starting at the top for a shrug and then work down for the triangle part?
