So, I’ve just redone it again still not right. The bit I’m getting wrong is where I actually pick up the stitches from. Like a says is have the work facing me. What I was doing was taking them from like the side . This time I took them from
the top which is the casting off row. This time the hood landed up smaller. So, if I am correct
Happens to me too. So picking up more sts from the cast off row has worked? Or is the cast off row at the top of the head and should be seamed whereas the border ribbing goes around the face?
Hi it’s me Dawn
At last I have finished the hoodie. There are quite a few mistakes. I don’t care that it has them as I am proud of what I have achieved. The next step is to get it in the washing machine and then dried . As I struggled with the button holes I sewed them up and used magnetic buttons instead .The rabbit buttons were put on first then I just simply attached one end of the magnetic button to the underside of it .
Anyway see the attached photos.
That hoodie is darling! I expect the baby to try out for the practice squad on your local pro team. Perfect sweater to wear. Thank you so much for showing us the photos.
Hi everyone
Just thought I would show you the latest project. It’s the hat to match the hoodie that I tackled and eventually finished.
So now I am thinking do I attempt the pants.
Anyway this is the hat. Thanks again for all your support.

Oh gosh this outfit will be adorable. I don’t usually enjoy yellow but I just love this yellow and grey together and can imagine a little one in it.
You must surely go for the pants too.
Looks like I will be buying some more grey yarn tomorrow . I’ve looked through the pattern for the pants and think I can manage it. If I get stuck I know where you are and I can always ask for help
