Toddler Ear Flap Hat

I’m looking for a cute winter hat for a one year old boy – something to protect his little ears and that ties under the chin. I would prefer a pattern that includes some kind of a small bill on the hat to shade his eyes from the sun as well, but I don’t see many patterns with all those specifications.
