do you use a reinforcement yarn like woolly nylon?

I use wooly nylon if I use knitpicks’ palette or other 100% wool yarn; if I have regular sock yarn with the nylon already in it…I don’t worry with it unless it’s the yarn that comes with reinforcing thread
