They Call Me "Dishcloth Diva"!

My friends that I knit with on Saturdays, call me the “Dishcloth Diva”…LOL! I have been on a dishcloth craze and here are my FO’s! I used Sugar and Cream and Bernat Cotton Tots! I’m having alot of fun knitting new stitches!

The top one is a lighthouse for my friend, 2 ballbands, and a feather and fan!

This one has a green ladybug, a lavender teacup, basketweave, another ballband, and some from the creative knitting magazine!
Thanks for looking!

I love them! (I’m also similarly obsessed…)

Very, very nice!!! the colors too!

I’m in the process of knitting up seven dishclothes for my mom. One is the Feather n’ Fan that’s the same color as yours!

I really like those brink looking ones in the top photo. Very cool. :cheering:

Love them, such a great variety - can see how they can become obsessive, I’m toying with the idea of having a go myself…

Hey Susan,
That is the Ballband pattern from the Mason Dixon Book…I think you can get it online too…they also print it on the back of the Peaches and Cream cotton. It’s really easy to make!
Thanks for the compliments everyone!
Merry :)

To me, knitting dishcloths is like knitting socks, you can’t knit just one  I am also knitting the ballband dishcloth. For such a beautiful pattern it is very simple. Does anyone have a list of online sites to get dishcloth patterns? I also read somewhere, forgot where, that there are dishcloth only forums and KAL’s on the net. Anyone know the pages for these?

This is a site with dishcloth patterns (and pics to show what they all look like),

This link is even better than the first. LOTS of patterns!!!

You’re dishclothes look great! They’re very addicting aren’t they? I started making baby washclothes for a friend, intending on just a couple then found more patterns that I liked, so now she’s going to get on for each day of the week! :teehee:

I was teaching my GD how to knit, so we were making dishcloths. After 2 weeks she is half way done with one…

With all these dishcloths i’m starting to think of making them myself. Looks so yummy…

Those are all beautiful! They are fun to make, because they are a small project, so it’s easy to make a lot of them!

Wow, they all look great!
