Thought everyone might find this interesting! Pretty neat, and set in NYC too!
Oh My…a can’t miss!!!
Only knitting store in Manhattan?? What?
it seems weird to me that they are already casting a movie based on a book that apparently hasn’t been released yet and doesn’t have a director or producer. I suppose this happens a lot, i don’t know anything about the industry beyond the fact that i am in the theatre knitting just about every weekend. It still just seem odd…
Well, I am looking forward to it.
According to Amazon it’s to be released in January so the book has most likely been done for awhile. I’m sure we don’t know all the details. I’ll let them worry about it. :teehee:
oh yeah i forgot to point out that i will be sitting there in the theatre with my needles knitting away when it comes out…lol
they talked about this last night when I flipped over to the entertainment news (wanted to prove my point Faith Hill was just kidding to dh) anyways dh was with me cause he was saying she meant it… when they said she was going to do this movie lol his face was priceless… and knew he would have to take me to see it
From the sound of it, I’ll probably be too old and feeble (or maybe dead) to get to the movie theater when it finally does come out.
Why do they raise your hopes and then dash apart?
okay Dustina…Ya know I like Faith and all that but there is NO way she was kidding…naughty Faith! :fingerwag:
I’ve read that Julia Roberts is a big-time knitter. I think it is a little strange that the movie is being planned before the book even comes out, too.
:teehee: but she knew the camera was on her why do that and bring that trouble to you… had to be a joke
Obviously, whoever wrote that doesn’t have a clue about knitting. According to this link, there are twice as many yarn shops in Manhattan as there are in my entire state.
Movie is coming out in 2008!!! That’s waaaaaaaaaaaaay too long!!
