I was also gonna mention creative knitting ( I like their pattersn they range from simple to complex) and the new July issue has a nice Ttop too~! part of the summer sparkle twinset… but I probably won’t make the jacket… but I like the Ttop:inlove:
This tank is the first garment I made:
http://www.yarnmarket.com/yarn/Artyarns_Free-Lacy_Silk_Tank_Top_Free-1981.html
It covers the bra straps. It’s very easy, I had only knitted one washcloth and one hat (a square I sewed up the side) before knitting this. and this is how mine came out:
Sure! It’s a Sleeveless V-Neck Pullover, and (for S (M, L)) uses 6 (7, 8 ) 1.75 oz/50 g (109 yds/100m) Filatura De Crosa VISTA 70% cotton, 30% polyamide lame (they used color #4), on size 10 needles. I think I used a Rowan cotton blend instead.
The book is a year old, so the Filatura di Crosa page doesn’t have it on their site anymore.
Edited to hopefully change sunglasses smiley to an 8.
Thank you, thank you, thank you! That is a very tempting pattern, and seems like it would be flattering on most body types.
Nikki - that´s really cute! I just printed out the pattern, but did you change it at all? Your neckline seems lower in front than the one in the pic on the pattern.
Just wondering…

I made in the elann. It’s kind of stiff and stretches out. If I made it again I would use something else. But it was cheap and my first garment in a really long time. I thought her instructions were great. The hardest part was grafting the shoulder straps.
