I’m going to attempt to make a pair of booties for a friend’s new baby (due in May). I found a pattern at Lion Brand–Lavish Booties, Easy+ level, using LB collection Cashmere. I want to use another yarn and sub. I know gauge is important, so do I find a yarn with the same gauge info? Any info will be helpful.
Yes a yarn with a similar gauge is what you want to look for. I mean really, baby booties made with [I]cashmere[/I]!
