I’ve started knitting a Stripped rainbow sweater and I was wondering what’s the best practice when changing to the next colour? Should I cut the yarn? Leave it and reuse in the next stripe of that colour? For the record I’m using circular needles.

Carrying so many colors up the sweater is going to add a bit of bulk in one place. For myself, I would cut the yarn and weave in the ends even though there will be lots of them.
