I’m knitting on circular needles for the first time and the pattern has told be to a place marker on either side of the body. I have no idea where I should place these, can anyone help?

Maybe this pattern?
Are there stitches designated for the steek? If so this marks the center of the front. The sides of the body are one-fourth the way around in each direction from the front center. So the markers will be at the center of the side seams, in line with the underarms.
