I’ve heard of “Stitch and Pitch”, but I’ve never gone to any of the baseball games. Have any of you? http://stitchnpitch.org/
The last game of the season is this weekend in Atlanta. You can knit while you watch the Braves.

Sounds like a good reason to drive to ATL!
Too far for me :teehee:

I went to the stitch’n’pitch in Tampa last weekend. The participants had to enter through a special gate and all were seated in one area. Everyone received tote bags with an assortment of goodies inside including a 10% off coupon for my favorite LYS. Several local venders had displays.
t was well worth the trip and very enjoyable.
:!!!: Where are the Yankees!? They are only the best team EVAR. (Only consolation: lack of Red Sox.)
I went to the Seattle one in July. It was a blast! Knitters did not have to enter through a special gate, but we were all seated in a block. Our free totebags didn’t have anything in them, but the 17 or so sponsoring yarn/craft shops all had booths on the concourse. So my friends and I went yarn shopping at the baseball game. :happydance:
Gosh, I wish I could go!!! :pout:
I’m a church organist, so I have to be at church in the morning. PLUS, we are having a special choir rehearsal that evening for our District All Saints Service.
Bummer!!! :wall:
