So crafty tinsel wool

I bought 400g of this wool from Aldi but am struggling to find a pattern for knitting with it. There is a pattern on label for a scarf but doesn’t say what size of needles to use therefore I can’t judge what type pattern to use. Anyone any ideas?

This pattern calls for 6.5 mm needles which might help you figure it out or to find other patterns.

Someday I may get brave enough to try yarn like this.
