Slipping all markers as you come to them?

hi! Before I start my pullover I would like to know what “slipping all markers” means. Does that mean that I use the circle markers and then just put them on the needle as I knit and come to them? I am knitting from the neck down…I probably won’t start the sweater until tomorrow but I thought I would look at the directions now so I could have something to worry about! :shock:

Yup, just slip them from one needle to another. They’re just to hold your place and a pattern will tell you to increase before and after a marker, for example. Makes life much easier.
