KellyK- There’s a plain, but pretty hooded cardi “for larger sizes” in the new issue of Family Circle Easy Knitting that I saw in the grocer’s yesterday. My first project was a toddler sweater (what did I know!) with a hood. The hood was the easiest part. It had an openwork edging on the bottom and cuffs and the sleeves weren’t set in perfectly because I had never picked up stitches before. The hood was a breeze! From what I’ve seen, you’re a better knitter in just a couple months than I am after 3 years. You can do anything you set your mind to.
