Sleeve help

Hello everyone :hugs:
Thanks for taking the time to read this! I need a little help with this sleeve pattern;

Cont in established pat, inc 1 st each end
of needle on next and following alt rows
until there are 55 (59-63-71-71-81) sts,
then on following 4th rows until there are
95 (99-103-107-107-115) sts, taking inc
sts into repeats of (Panel Pat A. P2. Tw2R.
P2).

I’m a little confused concerning the part were i need to increase on next and following alt rows. Do i need to increase on both ends?
The pattern then continues with increase on following 4th rows. Does that mean that i have to count for example 1,2,3,4 each row then increase?
Also i really need help understanding this: taking inc
sts into repeats of (Panel Pat A. P2. Tw2R.
P2).
These are probably a lot of questions and this is my first time knitting a sweater  i’m not a novice in knitting and understanding knitting patterns but increasing stitches always confuse me and i end up having to restart my work.

Thank you for the help in advance :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

Welcome to the forum!
These increases are often a source of confusion. Every 4th row means to count 1,2 and 3 then increase on the 4th row, count 3 more, increase on the 4th. So if the first increase in on row 1 then the following rows 5,9,13,17,21 and so on.
Yes, the increases are at each end so there are two increases per increase row, one at the beginning of the row and one at then end of row.

As far as taking the increases into the pattern stitch, look at the rows below the current row. That will tell you how to work the additional stitches. There are a couple of ways to work the repeat of panel A. If you work the first increase as a knit, so the pattern might begin K1, P2, Tw2R, P2 and end the row with P2,K1. On the next increase, you may be able to work K2, P2, Tw2R, P2. You may not want to work a twist at the edge of your work so maybe wait till the next inc row to twist the 2 knit sts.
Put in a lifeline before you start the increases just to make sure you can rip back if you find a mistake rather than restarting.
Maybe this pattern?

Hello! Thanks so much this helps a lot.
Yes this is the exact sweater pattern i’m working on right now
