Sleeve Cap

am in the process of making LB Modern Lodge Pullover. Someone commented that they shortened the sleeve from 18 in. to 16 in. because it was too long and adjusted the cap of the sleeve. I would also like to shorten but I don’t know how to adjust the cap. How would I do this?

After the BO it gives dec instructions for 2 rows then says “Rep last 2 rows until 44 sts rem” that’s where you would dec the cap. Then you’ll have to BO more sts, maybe BO 3 sts for 6 rows, then 4 for 2 rows and BO all the rest on the next.
