My dear daughter asked me to knit a couple of cover-ups for my sweet 13 year old granddaughter, Jillian. She’s a little self-conscious about her arms - as many women are. So, I did! And she looks so cute in them, I just had to share. 
Here they are:
On this one, I wanted to set the button band across the bottom - just to switch it up a little. But my husband suggested running it on the diagonal to keep things interesting. I really liked that idea, so I went with it.
Lovely sweaters and DGD in them! 
Your GD is beautiful! The shrugs are lovely. She’ll have a hug from Grandma every time she wears them. Perfect.

Absolutely gorgeous shrugs. I love the diagonal buttons (thank DH please for that suggestion). Your GD does indeed look beautiful in the shrug. Perfect complements.
