Shrug help

So any of you know of a cute pattern for a shrug for size 6T?
I have the Girlfriend Shrug, but was wondering if you knew of any others.

Also, if you have a 5 or 6 year old, could you please tell me his/her neck circumference and the measurement from collar to underarm (for raglan measuring).

neck circumference: 10"

collar to underarm (diagonal): 6.5"
